What Happens After I Sign Up?

Upon signing up you will receive an email to your inbox with instructions on how to set-up your account. It is also recommended that you download the free Trainerize app to your smart phone so you will have access to your workout plan wherever you are. After you create your account you will be given a series of questions with regards to your fitness goals, any injuries or health conditions you might have, how many days per week you are able to exercies, and a checklist of fitness equipment so that I know what you have access to. Once you have filled out this information and sent it back to me, I will confirm that I have received it. Please allow 1-3 business days for me to review your information and put together a fully customized program for you.

What If I Have An Injury Or A Health Condition?

When filling out the questionnaire, please list any current or previous injuries or health restrictions that I will need to be aware of when designing your plan. Many restrictions can be worked around or avoided but I will need that information up front. If for any reason you are unsure of whether or not you should be exercising, please consult with your doctor or physician first before starting any exercise program.

Do I Need A Gym Membership?

No you do not. However, it is recommended that at minimum you have access to a few pairs of dumbbells or resistance bands, and a bench or chair.

How Will I Know If My Form Is Correct?

Each exercise comes with a short video demonstration which you can view on your smart phone app while at the gym, or on your computer when you are at home or work. Special instructions will also be included for certain exercises that may require more explanation. Alternatively, if you are still unsure about your form you can email me a video of you performing the exercise and I will correct where necessary.

What Happens If I Miss A Day?

Sometimes things like work, illnesses, or emergencies come up. Life happens. Your plan is not set in stone. If you are unable to complete the workout for a certain day, you can simply move that workout to the following day on your calendar.

How Will I Be Billed?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed automatically one month from the day you purchase your first plan and every month thereafter until you decide to stop. Cancel anytime.

Do You Offer Other Payment Options Besides Monthly Reoccurring Billing?

Yes. If you are just looking for a single program with a one-time payment, that can be arranged. If you are interested in purchasing a package for a longer duration then a month, I offer 3, 6, and 12-month packages at a discounted rate. Do You Have A Refund Policy?

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will refund 100% of your money back within the first 30 days, no questions asked.
